I am willing to publicly announe that my personal career strategy has been changed from:

"Integrating real-world experience with collaboration of academic experties"

to

"Focusing on fast-forward academic progress with minor expereince in technology improvements."

hereby, I will gain resouce, facility and commitment to support this top-level strategy.

 

ASPC is world 3rd olefin producer, 2nd Iranian top petroleum exporter and 9th olefin complex of Iran. the only negative point of working here is extreme air pollution that contains unfiltered NH3. this is why that production towers expose their wastes directly to the air and causes ammonium hydroxide ringings.

Organizational structure is well defined but suffers from lack of control that is a must for Iranian culture, it seems that company widely accepts the process improvements and strongly support these kind of proposals.

Last night I went to regional sport complex, it was so nice and equipped with most up to date sport machines.

In this moment I believe that joining ASPC was a right decition.
